Switching from a dna subscription to another dna subscriptionIf you are a dna private customer, you can switch to another dna subscription by sending the text message LIITTYMÄN_NIMI TILAA (SUBSCRIPTION_NAME ORDER) to number 14000. For example, to switch to a dna Into subscription, send the text message INTO TILAA (INTO ORDER) to number 14000. The return message will include detailed instructions on how to change your subscription. All existing airtime and monthly bonuses will be cancelled when the subscription is changed. Services vary depending on the type of subscription (for example, the Balance Limit service). 1 March 2007dna PrepaidA prepaid subscription keeps your costs under controlStarting to use a dna Prepaid Subscription is very easy: all you need to do is to buy a Start-up Kit, including a SIM-card with its PIN and PUK codes to be installed in your mobile phone. Place the card in the phone, enter the codes that the mobile phone requests, and the Subscription is ready to use. Naturally, the Kit also contains the number of your dna Prepaid Subscription. The Start-up Kit costs EUR 17.00 and includes EUR 10 worth of airtime. In order to use a dna Prepaid Subscription, you need to have a dual band mobile phone.dna Prepaid Subscriptions and Refill Vouchers are sold at the following retail dealers: dna Shops, R-Kiosks throughout Finland, Veikkausrasti Shops and Shell Select Shops plus numerous other dealers. You can easily reload more airtime into your dna Prepaid Subscription on the Internet, via an Otto cash point or by buying a Refill Voucher.Note.
